Article 1. Service covered

These terms apply to our fiber broadband service. Matters not covered here follow the General service terms.

Availability depends on the area and building equipment.

If installation is needed, you must get consent from the building owner.

Stated speeds are technical maximums and are not guaranteed.

Look after equipment we lend you and return it as instructed when you cancel.

Tell us before you move. Service may not be available at the new address.
